Hi, my name is Amalia Araw-araw Dinglasa, Amy for short. I was born in Cebu City on January 10, 1957. I am presently residing in 28 V Garces St., Poblacion, Talisay City.
I graduated my secondary education in Holy Rosary School and then took a course on Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in Southwestern University just missing one year in college because ….
I was not able to resist temptations at a very young age that I became a teen age mother of 5 with a husband whom I got separated with, leaving me these 5 children to bring up without his support. Love works in mysterious ways that out of my strong desire to find a job to bring up my children, I was accepted as an employee of the City Government of Cebu. I then climbed up the ladder and became a Licensing Inspector in the Mayor’s office of Cebu and have been assigned to different departments in Cebu City Hall for the past 23 years. With my children growing and so are their needs, my income from employment would not be enough so I decided to learn and practice real estate selling during my free time. Hardwork and perseverance paid off as I was able to sell several houses and lots in Cebu. I remember selling a house and lot in Villa Solana Talisay worth P1,850,000, also in Collinwood Mactan worth P2,750,000 and the biggest was P5,000,000 for that one hectare lot in Talisay City to name a few. I was also able to sell a good number of memorial lots that I was able to send my children to school and became proud of their college education.
I then opted for an optional retirement last January 2003 after my second child had the opportunity to go abroad to work as a licensed Nurse in a hospital. This made me decide to pursue my passion in real estate selling on a full time basis.
